The following departments of Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) will be involved in this project:

• Department of Public Health and Primary Care
• Department of Neurology

The project will be mainly carried out by the Department of Public Health and Primary Care. This department has knowledge and expertise on the development and evaluation of eHealth care models for several chronic diseases. The Department of Neurology has a history in the field of diagnostics and treatment of Huntington’s disease (HD). This department will provide its knowledge and expertise on HD throughout the project. All Dutch patients that will participate in this project will be recruited via the Department of Neurology.
